Win PKR Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

The following terms are used throughout this document and carry the meanings given below. Understanding these definitions will help you read the rest of the Win PKR Terms and Conditions clearly.

By registering a Win PKR account, by logging into an existing account, or by placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by them in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use Win PKR's services. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

To register and use Win PKR you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Win PKR strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Win PKR employee involved in the operation of the platform.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from Win PKR for any reason, including voluntary self-exclusion.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

Win PKR does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. It is your responsibility to confirm that using Win PKR is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

Each Member is permitted to hold one Win PKR account only. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, phone number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Win PKR is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your Win PKR login credentials (username and password) confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account whether or not authorised by you.
• Logging out after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notifying Win PKR support immediately at support@winpkr.cash if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Win PKR will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any request for your password from someone claiming to represent Win PKR should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

Win PKR operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions, balances, bets, and payouts are in PKR with no conversion or foreign exchange charges.

Deposits:

• Minimum single deposit: Rs 200
• Accepted methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard
• Deposits are credited to your Win PKR balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours.
• Win PKR does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum single withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your Win PKR account.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5–10 minutes of approval.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
• Win PKR may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Documents requested may include CNIC, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address.
• Withdrawal of bonus balance is only permitted after completion of all applicable wagering requirements.

Win PKR offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless stated differently in the specific promotion.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Only real money stakes count toward wagering requirements. Bonus fund stakes do not count.
• Win PKR reserves the right to determine which games and markets contribute to wagering requirements. Sports bets on odds of 1.50 or greater typically count 100%. Casino slots typically count 100%. Live table games may count at a lower rate — see individual promotion details.
• A Member may hold only one active bonus at a time unless Win PKR explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Win PKR reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers from accounts showing patterns consistent with bonus abuse.
• Win PKR may cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines the offer was exploited through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or other prohibited conduct.

For the Welcome Bonus specifically: the 100% match applies to the first deposit made by a new Win PKR member, up to a maximum of Rs 50,000 bonus. Minimum qualifying deposit for the Welcome Bonus is Rs 500.

The following rules apply to all sports and virtual sports betting on Win PKR:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Win PKR does not guarantee odds availability at any particular price.
• Bets placed on Win PKR are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted except where Win PKR's Cash Out feature is available and you choose to use it.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the relevant market closes, Win PKR's standard void policy applies: bets are refunded to your balance at the stake amount unless the event is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original start time.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — a manifestly incorrect price that does not reflect the true market odds — Win PKR reserves the right to void bets placed at that price and refund stakes.
• Minimum bet on any single market: Rs 50
• Maximum win per single bet: subject to per-market limits published on Win PKR at the time of betting.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to a short delay between user action and confirmation. This delay is a technical necessity. Win PKR does not guarantee bet acceptance during rapidly changing in-play situations.
• Accumulator bets: all selections must win for the accumulator to be settled as a winner. One void selection in an accumulator reduces the number of legs; the bet is not voided entirely.

Win PKR's casino section — including slots, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live dealer tables, and virtual games — operates under the following rules:

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games are certified by independent testing laboratories. RNG certification certificates are available on request.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real physical equipment — cards, wheels, and dice — operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. Win PKR does not control live dealer game outcomes.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slots and table games reflect the theoretical long-run average. Actual results in any session will differ from the published RTP.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on Win PKR's side, the game will be resumed from the last confirmed state when the system recovers. If resumption is not possible, the stake is returned.
• Win PKR reserves the right to suspend casino games temporarily for maintenance or upgrades. Where possible, advance notice will be given.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Win PKR and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on Win PKR, whether under your own name or a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with Win PKR's platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial winnings.
• Participating in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any arrangement to fix the outcome of an event that Win PKR offers markets on.
• Placing bets with inside knowledge of a non-public event outcome.
• Coordinating bets with other members or third parties to exploit promotional offers (bonus abuse, arbitrage rings).
• Using Win PKR for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to charge back legitimate transactions to your payment provider after using Win PKR services.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Win PKR account.

Win PKR reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• A request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, any balance held in the account (real money and bonus) may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed after investigation, the real money balance will be refunded to the Member's registered payment method.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their Win PKR account may do so at any time by contacting support@winpkr.cash. Any real money balance remaining at closure will be paid to the Member's last used withdrawal method.

Win PKR is committed to promoting safe, responsible gambling. We operate a range of tools and policies to support Members who may be at risk of problem gambling:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss over a rolling 24-hour, 7-day, or 30-day period.
• Session Reminders: Win PKR will display time alerts at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals if configured in your account.
• Cooling-Off: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period you cannot log in, deposit, or bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently suspend your Win PKR account for a minimum of 6 months. Reactivation requires a manual review by Win PKR support after the exclusion period ends.

Win PKR collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering a Win PKR account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding Win PKR's data practices:

• We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with legal obligations.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) to protect data in transit.
• You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by Win PKR and to request corrections where data is inaccurate.

All content on the Win PKR platform — including but not limited to the Win PKR logo, design, software, graphics, text, and game content — is the property of Win PKR or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Win PKR's platform for personal recreational use. This licence does not include the right to copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Win PKR content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Win PKR's total liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the balance held in that Member's account at the time the claim arose.

Win PKR is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from internet service interruptions, device failures, or factors outside Win PKR's reasonable control.
• The conduct of third-party payment processors.
• Errors in information provided by third-party data feeds used to settle bets (e.g. sports data feeds).

Nothing in these Terms limits Win PKR's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

In the event of a technical error, software glitch, or human error resulting in incorrect odds, payouts, or game outcomes, Win PKR reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. This applies regardless of whether the error benefited or disadvantaged the Member.

Win PKR will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct errors promptly. Where a Member has withdrawn winnings arising from an identified error before the error is detected, Win PKR reserves the right to deduct the equivalent amount from the Member's account balance or request voluntary repayment.

If you have a dispute or complaint about any aspect of Win PKR — including bet settlement, account management, or payment processing — please follow the steps below:

1. Contact Win PKR customer support at support@winpkr.cash with a detailed description of your issue. Include your account username, the date and time of the transaction or event in question, and any relevant screenshots or reference numbers.
2. Win PKR support will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
3. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of Win PKR's internal review, you may escalate the matter as described in the specific product rules.

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Win PKR is not obligated to investigate disputes raised after this period.

Win PKR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects Members' rights or obligations — Win PKR will provide at least 14 days' notice before the change takes effect. Notice will be given via email to registered Members and/or a prominent notice on the Win PKR platform.

Minor amendments (such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or formatting changes) may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of Win PKR after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
